OpenAI API works locally but GSA SER AI Content Generator returns “Unable to generate content

Hello,

My OpenAI API key is working correctly outside of GSA SER and my account has available credits.

However, inside GSA SER AI Content Generator I always receive:

“Unable to generate content. Unable to solve.”

I tested both gpt-4o-mini and gpt-3.5-turbo models but the issue continues.

Could you please advise what might be causing this?

    I tried with openAI and deepseek nothing works,.. also tried with out custom prompt and only 1 and all templates also with all all openAI models,.. nothing works. I used freshly created API keys which i tested with captcha breaker with question option and deepseek works there. Please tell me if I am missing something.

    I reinstalled and moved to new win server 2025 vm and it seems to be working now,.. previously it was on win server 2022 vm
