Unable to download GSA SER v18.88

I am unable to download the latest update of GSA SER v18.8  as it is blocked by Windows Defender. I tried the home pc and also from the VPS same everywhere.

The in-place update works, but for new installs unable to download.

    I have made a silent update. Hope this is resolved now? 
    Though those are all false positive detections due to our protection. There is no virus at all.
