Import URL Problem

Hi all
When attempting to import a CSV I get a message of 0 imported 138 duplicates. I have only this project but have had others before. Is there a master reset that I can clear any past projects that might be holding URL data?

    If you delete URLs from the list, you should be able to import them again. There is no history.

    I  backed up  all of the projects, deleted them, uninstalled the program, reinstalled and the projects showed up again. ? There is no history?

    That are the projects itself...they are not deleted when you uninstall as this is your personal data. I thought you where writing about special URLs in projects!?
