There are few of these you can actually post to or even get the account approved. You can increase success rate by using good and relevant email addresses. Using @mail.ru when posting on ES or FR sites for example won't pass a human administrator. Same applies to proxies. Another point is the default SER footprints in blog comments and profiles. What organiccastle said is total true. My one of list providers advices me to use Gmail , yahoo even they got banned soon and guess what dramatically increase my verification rate conpared to use junk catchall emails from providers. If you use catchall at least create yourself and change after few months. Nowadays domains are pennies. Also mix with other email. After sometime you can just reverify only emails if you want
