New here — learning more about GSA tools and automation

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working with SEO on a small scale for a while, but recently started getting deeper into automation, scraping, and testing different workflows. I’ve used some of the GSA tools before, but I still feel there’s a lot to learn, especially around SER setup, proxies, indexing, and optimizing projects the right way.

I joined the forum to read real user experiences, understand practical setups, and hopefully improve the way I work with automation. Looking forward to learning from the discussions here and sharing anything useful I pick up along the way.

What's going on, emdadulhuq? Welcome aboard! :relaxed:

You have surely come to the right place if you want to know more about these topics, but without the nonsense (of endless variety.. ..) you might find elsewhere. This board hearkens back to the legendary BBSes of yore, I hear,  where people would flock to learn together about the early Internet, the phone system, programming, and just having a chill time, according to stories. I admit it's been quieter here lately, but we're all too busy with life, I guess. :| I, for one, am probably the worst in this regard, dropping in and out without apparent reason. :unamused: Sorry, in advance. Hoping I won't do that again...lol

I am always enthused to meet more people who want to learn about SEO in a more holistic way, considering EVERYthing...not just plug-n-play, which also can work with GSA tools...lol but is ultimately very boring and limiting.

There are so many ways to use GSA tools and even 3rd Party add-ons and other utilities with SER! You can experiment and test forever, and there are so many ways you can get it right. But also many more ways to not get it right, meaning there are many variables you must keep mindful of. If you are learning and seek to keep learning, inevitably you will get some amazing use out of these tools.

I can tell you this: I could probably get a lot more out of my own set-up, and I'm always working toward that end.  I am probably at the 30% mark of my journey? Hard to even say!  I still have a lot of testing and catching up with aspects of my set-up that are lagging.  But slowly, I'm getting there...

Now getting into OPENAI...I've been into the topic of  AI for a while, but never really played with any of what's actually out there until recently. The new models are very useful in so many ways! That's a whole super-topic in and of itself, AI and SEO... haha  As well as old-time automation tools for Windows, like automated-user dynamic input type stuff. I never used that but I see how that could be very cool.

Anyway, if you have any questions, people on here, many way more experienced with GSA tools than I, will always help out and answer as best they can. No one will shame you for being a "noob." You have to start with your learning somewhere!  Stay well, friend!
