Possible Bug in Keyword Research Tool - Competitor Analysis Popup
Hi @Sven
I just bought this tool and I’m still playing around with it and learning, but is this normal? Every time I try to run a competitor analysis (either Quick or Full) in the Keyword Research software, I get this popup window:
https://prnt.sc/s57Lh3paXryX
It appears every time and stops the analysis from proceeding. Could you please check what might be causing this?
I tried on both personal PC and VPS/Dedicated server as well and it's same https://prnt.sc/62710Yof4ixq

Hi Sven,
Thanks for the previous fix - it’s working perfectly now!
I noticed a few things in Quick Analyser that I wanted to report:
https://prnt.sc/JdGeYtXPwSe1
1. What does the “?” symbol mean in Quick Analyser? I’m using 15 private dedicated proxies from GreenCloudVPS, and I constantly don’t get full results. I’m also not using many threads, so the proxies shouldn’t be blocked. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
https://prnt.sc/7ymJFkhGglCL
2. Feature request: When clicking the Refresh button, currently it fetches results for all URLs again. Could you add an option to refresh only the URLs that didn’t provide data? Ideally, the interface would have:
Refresh all URLs
Refresh only selected URLs that need data
3. On the interface, when I single-click something with the mouse, it starts some analysis process automatically, and I’m not sure what it’s doing. For example:
https://prnt.sc/e74UQmcr5OZP
If I click on the keyword field, I don’t want any process to start unless I intentionally double- or triple-click. Right now, a single click triggers analysis, which feels a bit unexpected.
Thanks for looking into this, and I appreciate all the improvements so far!
I found the reason for this one - I noticed that I had “GSA scraper proxies” included, but I didn’t add them myself. Are those built-in? When I removed them and kept only my private proxies, everything worked fine - no more “?” issue.
Thanks, looking forward to it.
Got it.
4. Also, I have another feature suggestion: could we have a bulk competitor research (quick) analysis option?
For example, I’d like to import around 100 keywords and have the software automatically check the SEO score for all of them - instead of clicking each one manually. Then, I could easily filter or remove keywords with low scores (like below 30%) and keep the higher ones (around 80%+). Would something like that be possible to add?
Also, should I use proxies for this option or not? https://prnt.sc/4XObcJ3OzY0n Is it essential or optional?
For the columns SR, SV, and CPC - where exactly is that data fetched from?
I don’t have any third-party integrations connected for search results, search volume, or cost per click, so I’m wondering what source the tool uses for those values.
Also, is it essential to keep “Use proxies for other sites” enabled, or is that optional?
I assume the first option (use proxies for search engines/scrapers) is a must to avoid being blocked by Google, but I’m not sure about the second one.
Thanks!
Got it, thanks!
So just to confirm - if I subscribe to other third-party services, would that make the data (especially search volume and CPC) more accurate?
I noticed quite a bit of difference between what I see here and what tools like Ahrefs or Semrush show.
Also, regarding the Search Results (SR) - how does the software get that data now, since Google no longer displays the number of search results? Is it still accurate or more of an estimate?
One more thing - when I used “Collect Meta Data for Keyword” (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/iNj1KU781nwh), I got zero results for SEO Score.
It only shows values if I manually click each keyword one by one (like here: https://prnt.sc/E9CeXiV5ybQT and https://prnt.sc/ZI6FvZA0X9jY).
I have another question - how do I stop these GSA Proxy Scraper proxies from being automatically imported?
(Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/xaf07qnxAxeu)
I have GSA Proxy Scraper installed on my PC, but the license for it is not active.
Still, every time I start my PC and open the software, those proxies automatically get added again.
I already disabled the related options, but they keep appearing, and I have to remove them manually each time.
Also, my default settings are not being saved - for example:
https://prnt.sc/hbL2yNiPb9ad
https://prnt.sc/KVXw8JRDFxE7
https://prnt.sc/BnYh5-CxgnOM
I set “Repeat on failed proxy” to 1, but after restarting it always resets back to 3 (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pAe5nSimfJC2).
Any idea how I can stop the proxies from importing automatically and make sure my settings are saved permanently?
Thanks!
I don’t see the “Use GSA Proxy Scraper” option anywhere when I click ADD PROXY could you please clarify where exactly it is?
For SEOScore, I’m using Google as the search engine.
"SR: Indeed since google stoped providing thatm, it'S not possible by using google as search engine. Should be working with bing though."
I guess that KGR method is meaningless since Google and Bing search results vary a lot, too bad
