Could We Have An Append/Clear Choice For Loading Status Profiles?

For project selection, we have loadable and savable project status profiles.

Could we also have  checkbox:
[x] clear present selection before adding
or
radio buttons :
O append ● clear first
sort of like we have for the engine selection in Projects? So that we can have more flexibility in selecting projects...

Thanks. Have a  good weekend, everyone!

Well, it makes not much sense here as you define a Set of projects with this and then the predefined projects from your set are used. I don't know what an "append" or "clear and add" should do!?

I guess what I was thinking was that when "Append" is selected, a Set can be loaded,  and then a second, a third, etc, acting like an overlay where project status of Active (In any form) is considered and status changes are made, but Inactive Projects in the new set chosen  are not, so that there is an additive effect each time a set is chosen, and only that. Each "appended" set can only Activate Projects, and not turn them off. So, Inactive settings are ignored in the new set.

Otherwise, the default setting applies, which I had labeled as "clear,  then add"  in the graphic above. That was not an accurate way of describing how things work. :|
Each new set selected would be as handled as SER handles this now, and all settings, both Active and Inactive, are considered and SER makes changes based on all the settings in that set. NO settings are ignored.

I guess it really makes more sense to define this as:
⬤ All Projects in set Affected, Regardless of Status (default behavior)      O ONLY Active Projects in Set Will Change Status. Inactive is ignored, so nothing deactivated.
That's wordy. :| Still, it gets the idea across better. Still not sure if anyone else thinking this has a use.
