Posting delay question

Is there a way to set a delay before the first post and between two posts?

How can this be done without the "allow posting on the same site again" option?

    You can use the "allow posting on same site again" and then just use "1" on the posts/accounts fields and use the rest of the timing options as you want.

    Is it necessary to have per URL ticked for both posts & accounts?
