Contact Form Submissions – Messages Sending Empty

Hello everyone,

I just noticed a recurring issue after filling out all the required fields and composing a message for submission. Despite completing the form correctly within GSA, the messages being sent out appear empty to the recipients. I’ve received multiple replies stating that my inquiry contained no message.

I’ve already tried shutting down and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this before? If so, I’d appreciate any guidance or solutions you can share.

    The problem is that you have added a new field called "message_1" and set it to have TEXT as accepted input type. In that TEXT memo content, each line serves as a possible variation. You however entered a text there same as in the other message field with empty lines.
    So the message sent is then sometimes blank.
    Then you also changed the strings to identify the fields correctly. Thats not a good idea. You should leave that as it is.

    The best solution would be to simply reset everything to default (click label on the right), and enter the content of the message and other fields again. Please do not change the "Identity" strings.
