Order of Captcha Services Query

After quite some time I'm starting up my GSA SER and CB campaigns again. I am trying to increase my submission rate for links built hence my questions about how to configure all the captcha services properly. 
What I notice is in GSA CB you have the section for Captcha Services, but of course, you have this in GSA SER as well. Pics attached of what i mean.

1.I wonder if i will cause inconsistencies or incongruence with both . Should we configure one only? also in options, set only try to solve if success rate is at least 70%
2. recently bought XEvil captcha breaking software. Looking at old threads here I managed to get it working with AntiGate Old-API With IP, then in Xevil > service emulation set Antigate (Anti-Captcha) . In CB and SER though there's a choice for XEvil. Should this be set as well? Maybe low priority as CB is showing 'using Antigate Old...' in the logs.
3. The captcha settings work in order right like in my CB screenshot? Wanted to try manual input as well if none of the services could recognise anything but can't see the prompt anymore (before i had it at the top).

    Remove anti gate old. Use antigate. It will solve recaptcha 2/3 and Hcaptcha. 

    In Xevil under settings enable api key verification. Select one key option. 
    Then copy the api key into the api text field into the antigate configuration in SER. 
    Be sure all the boxes are checked under “usage for captcha types” in the antigate configuration.
    Set antigate as the first service in SER captcha settings 
    You do not need death by captcha. You do not need to do manual captcha solving. 
    I personally only use Xevil.

    Also I just notice you have save successfully solved captcha option in SER config checked. Why are you doing that?

    Also remove all services from CB as you have them in SER which is the way to use it. Having them in CB slows everything down.
    I suggest to use GSA Captcha Breaker as first service to save money on image captchas and Antigate (new API) as second. Remove "Manual Input".

    Cool, many thanks this clears up those recent captcha questions i had.Did try to do recaptcha solving in xevil as well but got a few .dll errors, so sticking with the old API for now whilst hearing from them. Also another regarding using CB as a web server checked compared to unchecked. Before this other captcha software i bought, i was using CB with Run as Webserver. This conflicted with the new software, so I left run as webserver unchecked in CB. Are there specific benefits to having it checked or have it run as web server and run Xevil? Sorry if answered before it seems there's many ways to do things in different scenarios

    You should not be using Xevil as a web server. 

    The rest of us are solving recaptcha no problem. The problem is your set up.
