filtered (unknown country)

Latest version 5.77.
Many entries with this error. Mouse over shows the contact is local to my town, in the US, not unknown country. Will not submit to it even when right click Submit.
Any suggestion on how to fix this?

    Sure. I have about 20 - 30 of these.

    Well, that data is from your CSV, how should the software know it's in any way useful to the region detection?

    can you remove filter for entries that are from your region in excel file .

    You don't seem to understand...how should the program understand what region belongs to what country and what column should define a location anyway?
    If you think your CSV import is all fine, simply turn off the country filter.
