You can not add hyperlinks as you are submitting pure text messages to a contact form.
This is different from sending emails in HTML-format.

How to add a Hyperlink/Images/HTML in the Message?
Actually, you can't! Contact-Forms are not designed to hold fancy HTML code, hyperlinks or images. All you can add in a contact form is plain, simple text. However, you can put your full URL (meaning with http:// or https:// in front, not just the domain) into the text and it will most likely turn into a clickable link when received by the website owner.

This link is generated by the local mail/web client and not part of the message.
If you want to send messages in HTML format, you need to do this by email - not contact forms.
