400 Errors

Hi all
Can anyone tell me why I'm getting so many 4xx errors? I've tried using proxies and not. I've also set the proxies as Connect. I've also added the program to the Windows Firewall.
Any suggestions?

    No. Random sites that have been scraped externally.
