I tried 3 providers during 1 month :
- GSA Verified List (25€/month)
- Links Plug (17€/month)
- serocket.com (49€/month)

I would say that GSA Verified List is the best for me (https://www.gsaserlist.net/)
You will get lots of links with 1 month bought !
I recommend personnaly this provider !
The price is interesting !

    All old... bad lists that don't actually register..
    If you use it at least, gsaserlist.net , but updates are slow here too.
    The other two are trash..
    There are few updates,
    I don't filter any lists that aren't registered in years.

    I paid for Loopline they didn't even send anything and ignored my emails, I got money back as bad customer service

    I would like to vouch for Serlinks, but it doesn't have many links. However, they index fast and provide quite nice service. It's kind of expensive, though.

    Ser verified lists are also a good choice and are updated daily. They include SerNuke engines, too, but again, you may need to subscribe to two services at a time to get a decent link database. Stay off Loopsline, as he doesn't actively maintain the service (he even mentioned that on BHW). Serocket never updates, so no, no.
