Windows encoding problem

Guys,

Does anyone know how to solve this Windows encoding problem?

I have some servers, both Windows in pt-br and en-us, and when adding Russian and Arabic words this error occurs.

These added words, will the GSA Ser recognize correctly?

how to fix this? any tips?
