How long would URL be indexed after use Indexer?

I check URLs which submited on Indexer,I found it doesn't be indexed on Google. Why?

    Well how long have you been waited?
    It's no longer a matter of days till it is indexed. It often takes a week or more (depending on link quality and niche). It happens also hat links do not get indexed at all. After all it's google to decide.

    I indexed them on 1/1/2024, I check many URLs, They all doesn't be indexed. I used SERlibs to build backlins,they are high qulity backlinks.

    I used 'Index Check"   urls, what it mean of "17"?
