Its a recurring service and if you cancel the future billings its automatically cancel the account. (that's how warriorplus API works) You must open a ticket and inform to activate the account. (they will do it in few hours) We don't handle support here as we got dedicated support desk and email for it. Feel free to open a ticket / send us an email and one of our agents activate it for you.
