How lists and failures work?

Example: I have 3 seperate projects using the same verified list
1 has full captchas, 1 has a subset and 1 is not using captchas

If the no-captcha project picks a site to submit that needs a captcha, does that then determine that that site is a fail and takes that site out of the verified list which can not be used by other projects?

    Hello,

    As far as I know, each project has its own data, and they don't share what has failed with each other. This means that each project will go through the targets separately.

    Sorry, I was replying to @AliTab
    Meaning that no URLs are just added to site lists, never removed. And if a submission fails (no matter what) it is added to the failed list.
