i face 2 issues one with captcha, it appears every secont a boks and asks me to resolve the captcha

and 2nd there are submissions, but not many are verified. Is this because of a wrong setup?

I'm presuming you have a captcha-solving method in place, such as GSA Captcha Breaker.
The flashing might be due to this being checked.

Ahh that maybe.. You might have also added "Manual Input" as service which will popup an window for you to input the captcha.
