copy project settings

I have several groups of 3-tier projects.
How to copy project settings from one group of 3-tier project to another group, instead of manually changing setting for all project groups?
Each project group has their own keywords, articles etc which should not be copied. Only need to copy other common settings.

    double click on a project -> tools -> export -> options

    sorry, I meant "TOOLS" not "Edit"
