My internet drops every time I start a process

Whether its scraping websites or sending out messages my internet dies a couple minutes or instantly when i start.
Any ideas?

    This could be your router who can not handle all the open ports and traffic. We had that before and usually getting a better one fixed things.
    Of course you can first try to lower the amount of threads used to see if that helps.

    I might have the same problem, but for me it's nothing to do with the Internet or proxies - only started happening after the latest update
