Proxies Periodic Import

Hi,
I want to import proxies periodically to GSA SER, how do I do it ?
I can load from a file
I can import from a URL
But is there a scheduler that does it every X minutes ?
This feature exists when importing from GSA proxy scraper, SER grabs fresh proxies from proxy scraper.
Can it be done from a file or URL ?
