GSA Website Contact v4.85 wont work anymore

GSA scrapped almost 9000 websites and then stopped scrapping. Keep saying Busy. 
Not even sending out messages. Tested my personal website for messages and kept giving error "download failed (no content)
Been using Private high quality proxies for scrapping and messages. Tried contacting the support but no response so far. Can anyone guide what needs to be done?

    I think you sent me an email and videos already. So lets sort it out by email first and maybe reply back here if we found the issue.

    I think that I'm having the same problem yesterday it was scraping and checking and sending messages quickly but when I woke up I found  that it's burley sending or even scraping while I'm using private proxies 11
