Message not submitted to forms, How to test/verify GSA functionality?

Hi, I just got GSA Website Contact setup.  I am using it on a Windows Server 2012 R2 VPS, private proxies, and Xevil.

I have tested submitting to several of my own website's contact forms and GSA WC gives me the "Ready Message Sent Successfully" response, but the form is actually never submitted.

I never receive an auto reply to the email used for the contact form submission, and I never receive the form submission from the site.

Has anyone experienced this?  How do we test that the forms are actually being submitted?  Is there a log somewhere?  I've followed all of the setup instructions, but it just doesn't seem to be working.

I want to verify that this works before I spend money buying lists of URLs.

    I found the GSA logs, but the logs show everything submitted just fine.  But, this can't be because the form is never really processed on my site.
