If the project is done sending messages.
How to run the project again without sending message to the same URLs?

    Why not simply continuing with that project then?

    The project is finished. 
    some of the sending was not done because I did not have captcha breaker.
    Also, can I export a report of all the urls and status?

    Yes, you can export it when changing the format to e.g. CSV on the save dialog.

    It only export urls 
    I need urls with status of send, failed message.

    Well, not for me. It is saving everything when I choose CSV as format.
