Warning "Search Engine PreSearch banned IP/proxy or other error detected."

I received this error message and don't know what's causing this or what the potential repercussions are. For reference, I'm using 10 proxies and am running 100 threads. Even once the message pops up, it still continues searching, however it tops out around about 4k sites. Any help/insights would be greatly appreciated.

    Either the search engine changed the way it works and does not reply with the expected data or it replied with a "your IP is banned" kind of message.
