How to filter by redirect speed?

I notice a lot of the redirects the software makes take upwards of 20+ seconds to redirect to the url after visiting them.  Is there a way to filter out or only create redirects that load the page within 1-2 seconds?

    I guess these are mainly Redirects with the type META or JavaScript.
    With META it is kind of easy to detect but not for JavaScript. A META with a redirect below 2 seconds is considered to be DoFollow. You you might as well take that only.
