GSA Proxy Scraper: It is not installed

Hi, I updated GSA and Proxy Scraper is now not installed, anyone seen this message before?
Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still receiving the same message

    It is maybe an anti virus program that deleted the executable by mistake (thinking it is infected)?

    Running on a VPS and nothing has been changed.

    I have rolled back the VPS to an older date and still not working.
    Do you have any ideas?

    I had a look at the VPS now and I realized that GSA Proxy Scraper was never installed there and you also do not own a license of that product. You probably didn't realize that this is a different product and has nothing to do with the internal proxy scraper that comes with GSA products. It's a stand a lone product that is required if you have that option enabled in SER->proxy config->add proxy.

    I'm sorry, I didn't realise it was an additional purchase (now purchased and working)
