Not able to send emails getting download failed(no content)

when im using contact form submission, i am getting an error of download failed(no content) while there is content and contact form also

    do you use proxies?

    yes im using https proxies of different countries and even the sending process is really slow even when i set the timer to 15secs.

    you emailed me already and there I asked as well what you mean with the 15sec timer. Please reply here or in email as this double work on support is always a pain.
