A lot of "download failed. no content"

@Sven im using the latest version of website contact form submitter and im getting a lot of "download failed. no content error" 

but when i opened the urls, many of them have valid contact forms.

I set a 30s time limit between download and submission (i think this should be enough).

How can i solve this problem?

    This is either a proxy issue or block from your firewall/anti virus.

    how many % do you recieve failed download? i only can send 10% of my websites database...
    ¿what do you think, is that ok?
