Additional time to wait between search request / proxy

I've purchased GSA WC recently and want to run it but being safe without proxies getting banned/ blocked. I use 375 private proxies at the moment, and 350 threads for checking and send. I don't use search function, because I got the urls from Scrapebox. What should I set as "additional time to wait between search request/ proxy" in order to remain safe? Or any setting suggestions?
