use youtube subtitles (cc) for articles question

in GSA Content Generator
for the check box in the sources section "use youtube subtitles (cc) for articles" is that the auto transcription the internal youtube algo does or is this (or is it also) the description that people manually add?

theres sometimes a lot of really nice content in quality youtube video descriptions which is why im asking
