download failed (connection was refused)

Hi @Sven

I understand this message is usually due to proxy problem,  in this case:

1. is the submission re-tried with another proxy?
2. is there a way to re-run all the "download failed" targets (only), maybe with another proxy it will work?
3. is there a way to know in the log which project sent the log message (e.g. download failed) ?
4. any other suggessions?

    1. yes it did that previously before giving up and providing this status
    2. yes but then for all previously failed via right click->modify->delete target urls cache
