remove duplicate domains

hi,
does the "remove duplicate domains" remove duplicate cross engines or per engine.
if a domain exists twice in articles and twice in comments (4 times total), will a single instance remains one in articles and one in comments, or only one instance either in articles or comments?

    The removal happens per engine. The same domain will still be kept in separate engines.
