setting windows not responsive on 15" screen

Hi, i try to set some paramaters in settings windows. But i can't click on apply, because the window isn't responsive. The bottom window is hide on the bottom screen.

It's on my Dell inspiron.

    The pic bottom is the screen bottom. impossible to go on apply/cancel button

    ok, will try to rework on it...but this is not a quick fix. It might take some days sorry.

    latest update should fix the GUI for settings-form. Let me know if it worked.
