what types of redirect work best?

there's many types on the program.
I know 301 the best, but what other types of redirects also working good?

    Meta Refresh with 0 to 1 second are treated as 301.
    Same as HTTP-Refresh is handled as 301.
    DoFollow links with JavaScript Redirects are almost as good as 301.
    Then comes the rest which is handled as NoFollow like iFrame, frame and alike.
