clean-up tool for [projectname.new_targets] files

Hello @Sven
Is it possible to let us use the clean-up tool for new_targets files in projects?
I noticed with using that option enabled, there are "download failed" errors which lower SER threads.

    Hmm that would make not much sense as SER projects would have to download the URL anyway when processing the data to identify things.
    So if you would do this in a ClenUp tool, it would mean it will do it twice and only waste resources.
