First I have to comment on your SEO setup. You mix low quality with high quality engines which is not a good idea. Why are you e.g. using URL Shorteners with Article engines in one project?
Anyway, why this happens to your project now might be due to the fact that links had been build before and just have been picked up as verified and not really build with SER or the links are submitted before but just recently verified. Keep in mind that SER will always try to verify even if links are above the limit since the links have been build before anyway and are live.
