As I'm just starting, I try to minimize costs until I'll see profits, but if this is a must, this is a must....

    Best is always self written content. But I am no fan of AI written content really, it's not much better than a good software like GSA Content Generator, Kontent Machine or SEO Content Machine.

    Don't waste your time with AI tools, in particular not junk like ClosersCopy. I prefer ArticleForge and GSA Content Generator for Tier 2+ content.
