Newbie question - multi project

When you run two projects:
And one setup includes only domain type: D !.com
And the other setup includes only domain type: D !.org

We only see the first project domain is. Does this mean we must have the same setup for multiply projects?

any advise?

    why do you want to separate the projects anyway? why not have the two filter combined in one project?

    Not sure I understand 
    We have 3 sets of pages:
    1. Only blog comments / Wiki
    2. Only Edu & Gov domain
    3. All (Everything Tier 3)

    We create a project for each list.

    How we can do it?
