Many error - no form at all -

The site gives such an error, but every time the program tries to make a placement.

1) What is the problem?
2) How to add a website to ignore (stop list)?

    Most of these urls do not have a form when you follow the link.

    It is not clear why the program tries many times to place itself on a site where there is no possibility. If you manually add a platform to the blacklist, it is skipped. How to set up an automatic block after 2-3 unsuccessful attempts?

    will look this up later today. However clearing the unused accounts might help.
