How to find out if T2's are made for all the T1's or not in the project ?

is there an easy way to find out if all T1's have T2's and all T2's have T3's. 

I stop project after certain number of T1's are built. But how do I ensure that project continues until all T1's have T2's and all T2's have T3's ?

    Since a random URL is taken, there are indeed a chances that some links do NOT have a link placed. Im afraid there is no way to see this.
