What engines can we NOT use at lowest tier?

    I wouldn't use any exploit engine at all as this is pure black-hat SEO.
    URL Shorteners make most sense in the main project.

    So is there any seo value in using exploits whether black hat or not? I just can't seem to find much information in the forum about what these links are and what type of power they have to move rank or not.

    If there is a value, then only for black hat. I was coding these engines as a sample for others to see whats possible.

    on lowest tier it makes sense to use anything dofollow that you can.
