have a question: What are the -- - + ++ settings for project priority ratios?
Like...how much faster is --  than -, + than -, and ++ than -?

    it's a way how threads are started. Threads can get different priorities from the system level when being executed. I never did any testing here and it would be hard to do so...especially if you have many projects running.
