Separating Project List (Sent/Failed) and resuming

Just to ask - is there a way to separate a project the following ways?
1. Assuming the project suddenly stops - in this case, it doesn't generate success and failed report (so we need to know which failed and which was sent)

2. Is there a way to Pause and Resume a project for any reason? In this case, the resume should start where it paused?

    Project data is always saved in intervals so if something goes wrong (e.g. PC shuts down) you can always start from the last save.
    If you stop a project and later start again, it will of course start from where you stopped it and not do the submissions again.

    So how do I start again so it starts from the last save? Do I just click start? Restarting such unfinished projects should have a specific way (maybe even RESUME button
