Can't find decent proxy

Hi,
I'm struggling a lot to find decent dedicated proxy providers for GSA. Possibly cheap, no more than 2$/IP. In Europe.

Tried different providers with no success. I notice with my VPS I don't use much bandwidth, the peaks are of 30-40 Mbps but normally much lower.

Can you please point to me some good provider please. Thank you.

    I'm using buyproxies now. 1gbps proxies. I was getting 100 proxies at $150, so $1.50 per proxy, but just checked their prices and it seems they've put them up higher.

    Proxyhub was the other place, but I found their proxies struggled with speed.

    Mexela was another supplier I've used and the performance was excellent.

    All 3 providers are GSA SER friendly. They are supposed to support 100 threads/proxy, but proxyhub failed miserably and performed at more like 30 threads/proxy.
