How can I fix  download failed (SOCK: Host not found) errors?

    This happens if the domain is not getting resolved by your dns server. If you are sure that this domain exists and is registered somewhere, try changing your dns server in tcp/ip settings. Here is a list of free dns servers who do NOT lock (unlike your ISP or free google one):
