I sent articles using the new feature: 4.44 - new: [2021-10-18] publishing via email to e.g. blogspot

The problem is that all Arabic articles appear with strange symbols in the title

    hmm I was able to submit with the correct title now...though I can't make up what did the change on all the different methods I tried...though it seems to work now.
