bought rotating proxy from whebshare But API not seems work on GSA

i have bought proxys from webshare.io but api seems not working , i paste the links to gsa but it doesnt download, my proxy rotate every 4 hours and authenticate mode is username and pass  can anyone help plz

    And what do exactly you want to do in SER with these? Scraping from search engines or just using for submissions and verifications?
