Import URLs (identify platform and sort in) -- No Results Found Inside Identified Folder When Done

Hello Guys!

I did Import URLs (identify platform and sort in), when done it identified a thousand of links in several platforms but when I check Identified folder, there were no files there. Could you help out with step by step process or know an article/video guide? 

I already looked here on forum and Googled but did not find any helpful guide.
